At KHALISEUM, we take pride in delivering exclusive merchandise, media products, and branded items to our supporters. Due to the nature of our products and limited inventory releases, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Refunds

All purchases made through the KHALISEUM Store are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

  • Promotional or discounted items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of any claim.

KHALISEUM reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies as damaged or incorrect.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from KHALISEUM, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for products delivered as described. Fraudulent disputes may result in being permanently banned from future purchases and potential legal action.
